Speed Bumps was a Steve Folta project from the very early 90's. The lineup:
Speed Bumps made perfect music for driving with the windows down on a hot summer day. Different energy from Junket, another project with Folta on board, which saw wider distribution through Road Cone. It would be great to see the Speed Bumps stuff get preserved outside the few surviving copies of known releases.
