This was Halo's first album release. "Punch A Hole In The Sky", "Burn", and "Shaking" were re-recorded from their demo versions. "Around and Around" was also re-recorded since its appearance on Shrimper compilation Winky Dog. Same for "Fever Pitch" from Capgun.
With these in mind, on the vinyl release there are 5 new songs: "Blur", "Trance And Snap You", "Regen", "Realize" and "Vibration.
"What I'm After" and "5:38" are unique to the CD release.
